Yes. All equipment uses infrared technology — no projectiles, no pellets, no pain, no mess. It's the same technology used in military training simulators. Every staff member holds a NSW Working With Children clearance. The minimum age is 7 years old, and we encourage parents of children under 9 to play alongside them. Enclosed footwear and a hat are all that's required on the day.
Yes — we need a minimum of 10 players total to run a school holiday session. If your group is smaller than 10, book anyway and we'll add you to a shared midweek session alongside other families. It's a great way to make new friends and the kids love having a larger group to battle against. Call us on 1300 661 565 if you have any questions about session sizes.
Absolutely — and we encourage it. Adults love it just as much as the kids, and parents of children aged 8 and under are asked to participate in the gameplay (no solo supervision from the sidelines for young ones). It's genuinely one of the most fun things you can do as a family. Book a spot for yourself at the same $30 midweek rate.
We play in light rain — the equipment is fine and the kids honestly love it. We only cancel for heavy rain, electrical storms, or conditions that make the field unsafe. If we do need to cancel, we'll call you at least 2 hours before your session and reschedule at no cost to you. School holiday rescheduling is always offered at the same $30 rate.
Enclosed footwear (runners, not thongs or sandals) and a hat are mandatory — the sensor headband goes over the hat. Comfortable clothes they can move in are recommended. BYO snacks and water are welcome. Please don't bring alcohol — our zero-alcohol policy applies to all events. Arrive 15 minutes before your booked start time so we can get everyone kitted up and briefed on time.
