Please read these conditions carefully before making a booking. By paying your deposit you confirm you have read and accepted all terms below.
All bookings must be made in advance; walk-ins cannot be guaranteed. Reserve online at battlezoneplaylive.com.au or call us on 1300 661 565.
A $100 deposit is required to secure your date. Payment is accepted via internet banking (preferred) or credit card (a 1.5% surcharge applies to card payments). Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The deposit must be received within 7 days of making your booking. For bookings made within 7 days of the event, full payment is required immediately.
Once your deposit is received, you'll receive an email with your tax invoice and full booking details. You must reply acknowledging receipt, quoting your invoice number and confirming you have read and accepted these conditions. Failure to reply may result in your booking remaining unconfirmed.
No refunds or transfers will be provided for no-shows. If your group does not attend on the booked date without prior notice, the deposit is forfeited in full.
All players must complete a Liability Waiver before entering the arena. The waiver is available to download from this website. Bring completed and signed forms to your event. Players without a completed waiver will not be permitted to play.
Participants aged under 18 must have the waiver signed by a parent or guardian. No exceptions.
Online bookings allow digital acceptance of the waiver terms, replacing the physical form for the booking contact. Group bookings must have all player names listed at time of online acceptance. If names are added or changed before the event, contact us to ensure the waiver covers all participants.
We understand things come up. Transfers to an alternate date are free of charge if requested at least 7 working days before your event. Call us on 1300 661 565 or email info@battlezonelasertag.com.au to arrange a new date.
Transfer requests made with less than 7 working days' notice incur a 25% administration fee, calculated on the total booking value.
Cancellations made within 7 working days of the event, or for any change of mind, will result in the full deposit being forfeited. No exceptions apply regardless of reason.
Battlezone reserves the right to cancel bookings at any time. In the event we cancel, a full deposit refund will be provided.
Weather-related cancellations: If we cancel your booking due to severe weather, you will be offered a transfer to a new date within 3 months. If a suitable replacement date cannot be agreed within 3 months, the booking will be voided with no refund of deposit.
Battlezone is an outdoor venue and we embrace the elements. Light rain and patchy weather does not require cancellation; sessions proceed as scheduled. All equipment is weatherproof. We recommend wearing appropriate clothing and footwear for wet conditions.
For the safety of all players and staff, sessions will be rescheduled in the event of heavy sustained rain or lightning activity. The decision to reschedule rests entirely with Battlezone management.
